Piercing Requirements for Minors
For clients under age 18, we require an ORIGINAL birth certificate or LEGAL proof of guardianship. No copies or photos can be accepted. Parent or legal guardian must be present and accompany the minor being pierced.
In addition, a photo ID for is needed for the the minor: Examples being a school ID, screenshot of student portal, ski pass, driver’s permit, etc.
Finally, a photo ID for the parent or legal guardian.
First and last names must match those on the LEGAL, OFFICIAL guardianship document.
If the parent or legal guardian has changed their name, legal proof of the name change must be provided with an original or official government document.
